How do I place an order?

If we receive your order and payment before 10am Pacific Time on any given business day, we will ship it out to you on the same day (*See exceptions below). It is possible that we may be able to fill orders that come in after that time, but it is not guaranteed. We will always do our very best for you! *Some exceptions apply: necessary substitutions, payment issues, etc.
We will e-mail you if we require any further information to process your order, including any substitutions that may be necessary. You will always get to choose your medicine with us, there will be no surprises when you open your package. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation notification and your tracking number upon shipment of your order.
Delivery Delays / Issues
If your package has not been delivered within Canada Post’s stated delivery timeframe, it is very likely that the postal system is experiencing a parcel delay. You should see your order within another 1-3 business days. If you have noticed that the expected delivery date has passed, please e-mail us and we will determine what our next step should be.
In the event of non-delivery or a missing package, our policy is to ship a second package at no cost to you. However, we ask that upon receipt of both packages, you would simply pay for the second package when you are able. Rest assured! The vast majority of “missing” packages eventually find their way to their intended destination.
