Are you for real?
Absolutely! Our goal is to help fulfill Canada's medicinal cannabis needs through our premier mail order service. We are here to:
- Provide quality cannabis medicinals at a reasonable price;
- Maintain high quality in our products and services;
- Keep good Harm Reduction standards and practices.
* We will gladly work with you to help you find strains and derivatives that will help you with your condition(s) and improve your quality of life. We also offer custom formulations to meet your personal needs.
How do I place an order?
Place your order on our menu any time you wish! If you have not previously ordered from us, we will contact you with information about our services, and with our current payment information.
* If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please check your Junk/Spam folder for our message, it may be there. Put our email address on your safe list: info@420meds.ca
If we receive your order and payment before 10am Pacific Time on any business day, we will ship your items out to you on the same business day. The only exceptions to this would be for substitutions due to low stock, payment issues, etc. It is possible that we may be able to fill orders that come in after that time, but it is not guaranteed. We will always do our very best for you!
We will e-mail you if we require any further information to process your order, including any substitutions that may be necessary. You will always get to choose your medicine with us, there will be no surprises when you open your package!
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation notification along with your Tracking Number upon shipment of your order.
Delivery Delays
If your package has not been delivered within Canada Post's stated delivery timeframe, it is very likely that the postal system is simply experiencing higher traffic than usual. Delays happen for various reasons throughout the year, and especially during the winter holidays (Nov - Jan). If delayed, your order should reach you within another 1-3 business days. If you have noticed that the expected delivery date has passed, please email us and we will determine what our next step should be.
In the event of non-delivery or a missing package, our policy is to ship a replacement package. If the first package does not arrive, you will not owe for the replacement. However, if both the original and replacement packages are received, we would expect you to pay for the second package when you are able. Rest assured - the vast majority of "missing" packages eventually find their way to their intended destination.
